Exclusive Agency Representation
Asia World Trade Centre (“AWTC”) may, at its discretion, act as an authorised agent representing a
Seller’s product(s) under the Company’s responsibility. In such cases, AWTC assumes
responsibility for the marketing, promotion, and representation of the specified product(s) within
the scope of the agreed arrangement.
For clarity:
- Agency representation is accepted only on an exclusive basis. The Seller agrees that AWTC
shall be the sole and exclusive agent representing the designated product(s) on the Platform
and/or in designated markets. - During the term of such exclusive representation, the Seller shall not appoint or authorise any
other individual, entity, or platform to represent, promote, or distribute the same product(s) in the
agreed territory. - The terms, duration, and commercial conditions of such exclusive representation shall be defined
in a separate written agreement between the Seller and AWTC. - AWTC reserves the right to decline or terminate agency representation if the Seller breaches
exclusivity or fails to comply with the agreed terms.
- We are not responsible or liable for the quality, legality, safety, or accuracy of any product listed
by Sellers. - We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or representations of Sellers or Buyers.
- All transactions are made directly between Sellers and Buyers, and any disputes must be
resolved between them. - We make no guarantees regarding sales, purchases, delivery times, product performance, or
buyer satisfaction. - The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
Asia World Trade Center is only responsible for its own products (directly sold by the company) but
not responsible for products listed by third-party sellers on www.asiawtc.com website.
Asia World Trade Center operates as an international online marketplace. Products sold directly by
Asia World Trade Center (“Company Products”) are the sole responsibility of the Company. For these
products, Asia World Trade Center ensures compliance with quality, safety, and applicable legal
standards.
However, the Platform also allows independent sellers, manufacturers, and vendors (“Third-Party
Sellers”) to list and sell their products. Asia World Trade Center does not manufacture, own, or control
these third-party products. Accordingly, the Company:
- Is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of third-party products or listings.
- Is not liable for transactions, disputes, or damages arising between Buyers and Third-Party
Sellers. - Acts only as a facilitator providing the Platform to connect Buyers and Sellers.
